American Horror Story thrills audience

Halloween blues getting you down? No fear! I’ve got your new favorite TV show to keep you alive this fall.

On Oct. 8 and 15, into the wee school night hours at 9 p.m., FX aired the first two episodes of American Horror Story: Freak Show. The previous season, dubbed American Horror Story: Coven, accumulated 6 million viewers. With its thrilling plot, there’s no surprise a fourth season was in high demand.

Following one of the last freak shows in America, the show puts a spotlight on the most extreme “freaks,” from conjoined twins to a clown and a fortune teller. Fan favorite actors like Evan Peters and Emma Roberts return for this season.

If you’re in the mood for a unique horror flick, tune in every Wednesday night and watch American Horror Story. This show does not disappoint those seeking a thrill. If you missed the first two seasons, you can catch them on Netflix. Since AHS is an anthology series show, with a new plot and new characters every season, it’s not necessary to watch the seasons in a particular order.
